Note 1: The banquet & show (Thursday 17), as well as the whole day excursion (Friday 18) are optional, and not included in these registration fees. They can be purchased on site (see below, at the end of this page).
Note 2: Authors of posters don’t need to carry the printouts. Posters will be printed and hung by the AIC 2019 organizers, withouth extra cost. Authors are invited to send the PDF files of their posters to be printed in Buenos Aires. See https://aic2019color.wordpress.com/presentation/

Socio GAC (Grupo Argentino del Color): Se aceptarán únicamente socios con al menos un año de antigüedad, que tengan abonadas las cuotas 2017, 2018 y 2019. Incluye los mismos ítems que la inscripción “Basic”: presentación oral y poster (la impresión del poster está incluida), acceso al congreso, libro de resúmenes, libro de actas (digital), pausas-café, certificado, cóctel de bienvenida y evento cultural, bolso y materiales. Ver notas 1 y 2, abajo.
Nota 1: El banquete y show (jueves 17/10), así como la excursión de día completo (viernes 18/10) son opcionales y no están incluidas en ninguna de las tarifas de inscripción anteriores. Pueden adquirirse directamente en el lugar.
Nota 2: Los autores de posters no necesitan traerlos impresos al congreso. Los posters serán impresos y colgados por los organizadores de AIC 2019. Para ello se solicita a los autores que envíen archivos PDF de sus posters, para ser impresos por los organizadores en Buenos Aires. Ver http://aic2019.org/presentation
Participación como oyente:
Las personas que asistan como público oyente (sin presentar ponencia oral o poster) tedrán entrada libre y gratuita. Esta opción incluye acceso a las salas del congreso y la exposición de posters. El programa del congreso, el libro de resúmenes y el libro de actas con los trabajos completos podrá descargarse libremente de la web. Ninguno de los otros ítems contemplados en la inscripción “full” o “basic” está incluido aquí.

Banquet & show at Piazzolla Tango:

Thursday 17 October, 20:00 hs, at Piazzolla Tango Theater, Florida 165 (Galería Güemes). Easy to reach from Belgrano or Palermo by subway line D (get off at “Catedral” station, which is the end of line D, and walk just 100 m along Florida street).
Cost of the dinner and show: 53 US$ (plus 4 US$ if you need transportation back to your hotel at night; note that subway line D closes at 22:30 hs).
This is a special price for participants of AIC 2019, and can be paid directly at Piazzolla Tango, the same day (Thursday 17 October at 20:00 hs), with cash or credit card, either in US$ or the equivalent amount in Ar$.
